smh.BTW, when he did respond to me yesterday (Aug 10, 2019), His initial response was "I thought she moved out 3 weeks ago"...then I told her that she was still in there and if you though she moved out, then why not contact us to tell us she moved out?

There are some solid neighborhoods in Norfolk that are perfect for renters, but there are also plenty of neighborhoods that I would not want to own rentals in due to crime rates.

You would definitely need to build your core-4 so you have a solid foundation to build on.
