Hi @Josh CaldwellTo go along with the grocery store theme, I printed up 5x7 postcards on glossy photo paper and post them on the community board that everyone sees as they leave the store.

The powers to be at Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac, and the federal government would very likely take issue with such an approach, even though they track and secure data from appraisals on a national level for their research and review. 

You can think of it as the Federal, State and Local governments relinquishing control to the people rather than keeping it to themselves...it ain't going to happen anytime soon.

Actually I am beginning to consider doing away with printed sheets in a plastic info box and replace it with a QR code on the sign, that's it.

A bank may not take stock as collateral, generally but they may take government bonds, A rated or better, as that is the limitation on their holding securities in portfolio generally, that can't take something as collateral that they can't own.

As for vinyl flooring... some are printed and some are homogeneous... they're not all created equally.
