I've managed to do it to a certain degree.

Collage are for profit.. by and large and many spend a lot of money on a degree they never use.. end up in student debt.. same thing when people go to these events and put the 30k on a CC.this is one thing that BP brings to folks is a lot of education for a very low price of a few hundred a year for a membership..

I'm noticing that there are many wholesalers who have scaled up to such a degree that they have robust websites with all of their available inventory for perusal and sale to newer unestablished investors (among others, of course).

You can write up a notice and give it to all tenants saying if you heat your apartment above 72 degrees or have the window open while the heat is on you may be held liable for a 25 dollar fee or something along that line.Check to see how your insulation is in your attic.
