I live in Garden City, Missouri, which is about 45 minutes drive from the property in Kansas City.The property is currently vacant.I own the home, have no loans or mortgages.

Has anyone had experience with buying next to or across from a church?

It’s on a big lot (almost 1 acre) in the Innis Garden Village area.

I'd love to know someones experience. 

I just don't see me sifting through leases and figuring out move in/out dates as a good use of my time.Perhaps I will just send an email to each PM requesting the current vacancy rate,  and their associated units along with the rest of my monthly reports.Thanks to anyone that wants to share their experience in this tracking.Cheers.

I have over a decade experience managing my own short/medium/long term rentals.That being said, I'm not really sure where to start in managing other's properties (I may be overthinking this quite a bit).   

Based on this recent experience, I have lost all the faith on these types of rent collections platforms.. 

It requires experience to "pick and choose" which we work on with our investors individually.

Any interesting experiences?

If anybody has done business with them or has any experience with them I would like to hear your experience.
