I'm curious to hear from those of you who are managing your own fix-and-flip projects for the first time.

BiggerPockets is full of resources designed to help you along your journey, whether you are just getting started or a seasoned investor.

I’m currently looking at purchasing a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom Single Family as a first time home buyer.

However, with me moving out I will not be "there" all the time and that is making me wonder how I can manage this property with 5 tenants. 

The property was full of garbage, old cars, campers and boat/ trailers.

And I work full time.

When you have a pool deck full of residents and their friends, I can see real value.  

I'm also open to any advice or alternative suggestions you might have.Thanks for taking the time to read!

Many times the number(s) provided are dissconnected.

Pretty much all major components were newly installed / fitted and done to a tasteful standard (new metal roof, plumbing, electrical, kitchen, flooring, bathroom, doors, new hvac, decks, vinyl siding etc) and I have visited and walked through 3 times and even been under crawl space to inspect a repair that was previously noted on an inspection to the foundation after termite treatment which looked to be a good job.
