With covid , supply and labor shortages , prices and completion dates on longer projects are not feasible .The clothes they are wearing ?  

However, I wanted to comment because to everyone else's point, house-hacking is a very feasible idea in this situation.

Not sure if this is even feasible but an insurance company might be interesting.

While a driving for dollars list might provide more targeted leads and distressed properties, it isn't at all feasible for an established investor who is mailing out 5,000 pieces of mail per month. 

I get how that's not feasible for most.
