With the MLS, it takes just a few minutes.One thing I don't necessarily agree with (though, in fairness, have no experience with yet) is that the license makes you seem more credible.

If I was to find a multifamily deal that I did not want to syndicate, but instead, flip to another group who wanted to, what compensation should be considered fair for finding the deal and letting them take over?

I am fairly new also and have already learned quite a but just by reading everything in the forum.  

Like @Matt Owen, I'm also fairly new but feel like I have already learned quite a bit from BP.  

Looking for some advice...I am fairly new and wanting to create steady passive income the best way I can via rentals and I thought turnkey...When doing the turnkey thing its very hard to find a company that provides built in appreciation when they sell to you.  

We double checked the market rents in the area, and am fairly confident we can create what we need in income from the rents.
