Thus allowing me to focus more of my time and energy into investing in my brand/ building my own businesses.Obstacle: Currently I am on the hunt for an experienced FHA lender who accepts credit scores between 600-620 (due to having less than 2 years of established credit history and 2 accounts in collections, one is completely paid off but remains on report, the other is from school and is only $991) To build my credit I have 2 credit cards, I only utilize 10% monthly and pay in full & on time.

Check experience, number of landlord tenant cases they deal with on a monthly basis and what their procedures are and what they charge and their collection processes and how you will be updated on a regular basis.

Of course that would get my attention, as my license would be suspended until I repaid the bonding company, then issued the county a new bond, which may be very difficult & expensive to get any company to write.The State of Arizona actually charges every contractor a fee of about $500/year, and runs their own fund that allows any customer to collect up to $30,000 for damages.

Of course someone else can overpay and get the house and probably will :) I never said it was a competition... he said he does not want to partner with me that he wants to do it on his own and collect all the profits...and I use my investments to support an animal rescue and a scholarship at the local college for students who are the first in their family to attend college so I do not leave remains scattered in my wake....so I most certainly do support others both human and animal

The extension also retroactively covers mortgage debt cancelled in 2015.Our house also got sold at Auction in Dec of 2014.

After that I would collect rent until he dies.If I thought I needed to get rid of him but had some time, I would increase rent until he moved.
