Theres other parts as well that say things like "I accept the house in its current condition"......I don't have it in front of me but I remember that it was VERY specific on what the tenant could and could not change about the house, which I understand but it just seemed off to me.

Personally I get about every third offer accepted, which is a very high ratio, but I know my market and sellers.And in the end, if you and your agent dont line up well, don't hestitate to move on until you find a good match and it works for both you and the agent.

He also stated that the problem is that I have an FHA loan so he didn't think it mattered because the offer wouldn't get accepted anyways.)Realtor writes me now and tells me that he spoke to the listing Realtor and apparently they have had a cash offer for a while now but he says that the bank wanted to list it on the market to see what offers come up for 5 days.
