Hello there, I have a rental property in Saint Petersburg Fl and am looking for some insight from all of you.

On podcasts, I still found a lot of value in the early episodes - not so much for insights on market conditions, but more for the creative mindset of the investors.

The next day I have the docs notarized and arrange title/property insurance, then we meet and exchange loan docs/insurance/checks and pay for the auction.

I'm sure there will be a ton of knowledge and insight being shared.Thanks!
