Maybe people won't read all that information.

I didn't take a close glance at the picture at first and was reading the serious responses before I scrolled back up.

The Beginner's Guide would be a good book to start downloading and reading here

I thought I had read specific language regarding IRS prohibiting a flip, but your explanation clears things up for me.
