Do property managers charge different fees for section 8 properties?

I'm a first-time homebuyer interested in buying a house that's in a different state per the pictures online from the outside to the inside appears it to be in great condition ( great priceas well), however it's been on the market for 230 days. 

I’m just getting a little hung up on what to use especially in the market since there is a million different ways to do it.

Well it is probably different in New Jersey then .

Usually, whenever I drive by I usually take different routes and streets just to see what other properties have been listed for sale/check out new construction/flips etc going in the neighborhood.

I get audited about 4 times per year from different lenders based on the assets original closing dates...

How one exits makes a difference and I would love to hear thoughts on the topic.
