Anyone have any input on best web design companies to go with?  

I don't know of any courses not designed for real estate agents, but Mr.

If so they would probably do a spec build at a lower rate being they could use all of their normal materials and are familiar with the layout/design so they could do them more efficiently.Every market is different, so I can't give you an exact amount.

I have a fantastic 12 unit Planned Community development project here in Alaska - full design, fully permitted, site work done and paid for out of pocket, and am ready to pour the first two foundations. 

I think the elevations for some designs were a bit weak.

A DBA is a designation given to a business entity, not a way of creating one.It's going to take time to establish a solid history, just like starting over again as a teenager trying to establish a personal credit profile from scratch.
