@Vontarius Dameko, I think the future of titles to real estate will involve blockchain technology, but I think it won't be about title companies who handle closings.

The issue though as @Darryl Young and @Greg Kimura have said is that it's leaky in some parts, particularly this vent that connects to the tenant's bathroom fan.

(There's obviously paperwork and structure and closings, but that's the gist.)Also, it doesn't have to be either/or.
