I have been a part of two deals for clients this year that were 1031 exchanges here in the Chicago suburbs, and both of my clients really leaned on the 1031 exchange company I recommended for this type of advice.

I actually decided based on response time, professionalism, and client testimonials. 

I have had a lot of clients aged 18-22, and every single one of them had picked up a trade or joined the blue collar workforce after High School instead of pursuing a degree. 

Anytime I need help with a deal either for myself or for a client, she's there to help. 

This is what we do for our clients as it avoids any due on sale concerns(technically the property remains in your control) and it can make you anonymous as the owner(helps protect you and your LLC from lawsuits stemming from the property).

This has forced me to try and source off market deals for my clients I have convinced a few apartment owners to sell but they only want to sell conditional on 1031 exchanging into a new multifamily.

I am currently helping a client perform this strategy with a triplex.
