Hey Nick,I know this is a old post but I thought I would shed some light on today's Blue Ridge area.

I have no debt, a good stable job making about $60k+ gross, and $20k saved up with about $10k in my 401k that I'm thinking about using some if not all of it towards the closing costs of the home I want to buy.

They're based outin Georgia and it seems like they move from one storm to the next.We've given this contractor about $255K, $45K of thatbeing funded towards the next project of the kitchen and now we have about $60Kleft to finish the house.

However, the Most alarming thing is they have allowed the water bill (they pay for all utilities, but the city bills the water to me) to mount over $2k over the last several months.

Generally, I would be tree trimming once a year to cut back any branches hanging over the houses because of potential damage, but also because of insect transfer.
