I already got new floors, re-did the entire kitchen(painted kitchen cabinets, installed new quartz countertops, new backsplash, painted kitchen pantry doors, painted the entire first floor a nice color white, installed recessed lighting on the first floor). 

They have the best prices on doors, windows, door knobs, hinges, and granite (lowes/homedepot have cheaper cabinets, but they carry higher quality ones).If you have just broken window panes, the "glass smith" does an excellent job repairing windows, but they aren't the cheapest installers (although still much cheaper than a general contractor).If you need general day laborers, the southside Presbyterian church in south Tucson is the place to go.

The siding was in need of major paint removal and repair, the foundation needed to be put on cement piers instead of wood, the kitchen and baths were totally gutted and replaced with new cabinets, granite, stainless steel appliances, you get the idea.
