to buy at auctions you must have a certfied check for purchase.the second problem is you have no way of knowing if you will win the property at auction or if it even goes to auction,third problem is you don not know of how many liens are attached to property.

We fortunately/unfortunately live in a high priced market.Frankly, this is the prime reason why I elected to move my REI business out of state.It's not practical for everyone, but, an option that you may want to consider in parallel with upstate investing.However, don't be disheartened you have to play with the deck of cards served and find a way to win!

I do still go to college online but I also work for a company called Gtech who are partners with the NC lottery (No I don't know the winning numbers lol)  but this job is great it allows me to work full time as well as to continue to do what I want.
