What's a guy to do?

This will be my first meeting as well so if you go, you won't be the only new guy.

The day when I found out about BP from a doctor made me to be curios and here I am, my first time on the blog writing something about me, I am on the 40th podcast, when I was listening those guys talking about them stories I started to think that my dream about financial freedom actually can be reached.

I live in Los Angeles, and there was one guy from all of Orange and Los Angeles counties and his brother covered Ventura county.

If in the worst case I break even then I would consider that much better than a short sale and ending up with bad credit.I know I am missing a few numbers in my original post, but I am not familiar enough with them to make approximations as you did.

And this is coming from a guy who always scoffed at people who talked about this or that "life-changing" book or PODCAST!
