I will use it as a free service (assuming you are monetizing the site with ads).For me the colors are fine based on a buyer perspective; also it is probably easier to sell ads for a site that attracts buyers than sellers.

With the information you have given I would agree that you should consider doing it, in fact, I have recommended several people moving to Wright-Patterson AFB to consider buying in that area, as the property price to rent is quite attractive.

You have to determine the economic strength of the area today and going forward, the demand for this particular location and type of unit, and what type of tenant they will attract.

Through the process of doing seven deals in the last 5 months, a few folks I know have noticed and expressed serious interest getting in on deals; i.e. invest money with me rather than try to figure how to compete in the same space.Previously I've passed on some attractive larger opportunities as I was not willing to commit the cash to get into the deal.
