Once we valued the amenities of the lot, we'd design a basic home to determine where views would go and then place kitchen/dining area, great room or family room,master and office to use those amenities wisely.I've seen some great lots where the builder took a plan out of a "100 floor plans" book with no consderation to lot!

If they blatantly lie about their transactional history... run.What you've described sounds like a fairly typical agent, and the listings and docs she's sent you also sound fairly typical.Your skepticism of these basics tells me you're fairly new... so I would start with more research before proceeding to buy property.

I've now been using them for a dozen years (even though I moved out of the state in 2013), and Investors Accounting has saved me literally hundreds of thousands of dollars over the past decade...their annual fee is basically nothing compared to that.But, I agree that if I just wanted tax prep, I'd probably go somewhere else (or do it myself).
