I have a few rules though#1 - I always have to meet and interact with the animal before approval.#2 - They have to be under 20 lbs.#3 - Any feces on the property has to be promptly picked up and removed.#4 - An extra pet deposit.and many times just as a courtesy to the other tenants in the complex I will take their comfort and happiness with the situation into account

I am all for setting myself apart from the regular investor!

There are a few Canadians like myself who check in regularly.

And I have leads on a regular basis that I can refer out to someone.

You can get all of the parts from them and then hire a regular electrician to install the setup.

I would receive emails from him regularly pitching one thing or another and much of it was pretty good advice - Webinars and whathaveyou pertaining to REI. 

It will get you comfortable with knowing that we investors, for the most part are regular people and enjoy teaching fellow investors.Good luck!

Is the profit sharing idea available for the Roth Solo 401k or only for the regular Solo 401k?

My regular painter is charging 50% more for labor right now compared to winter rates!

But, seems to me that no matter what the thread, if taxes play such a huge role then they should be mentioned regularly, regardless.
