I guess I’m just wondering if anyone sees any red flags right off the start as well as if there is a resource on how to understand the final report.  

That's like figuring out the price per square foot of your property. 

For instance, let's say your brick is redish, cream siding, I would probably go with a really deep brick red stain, darker than the brick on the house. 

Excellent location with direct Bus/ public transportation/ Dudley square and close distance to the best offerings of South End and Downtown.

A previous post referred to chevy chase and beaumont good luck as these are the highest priced subdivisions in Lexington for $200-$250 a square foot about 50-75% more than the rest of Lexington.  

One last thing, check the square footage against the PVA (property value administration) drawing.
