You can usually look up the zoning regs online.There's a guy who lives off the grid in the county I live in, and he has several cabins and camping spaces that he rents out on AirBnB.

We didn't have to give her anything, but this was the worst thing that happened with a tenant supposedly injured  (although I went into her apartment right after it happened, and although she was upset, all I saw was plaster dust in her hair LOL) but I think she was hoping for a settlement, so went to the doctor's, but she never pursued any legal action) - and that was the total it cost the owner.Another tenant had a shower back up that overflowed the bathroom and caused her carpet in her studio/bedroom to be wet and she had to vacate overnight.

Most of my properties are at least 100 yards from my home, so I'm not going to camp outside a tenants house to try and catch them out.But I'd consider it not because of the nuisance of ferals, but that cats especially have dreadful lives as feral cats.

It the house is turn key, you should sell immediately, imho, and stop the bleeding and the worry and concern, and put the whole episode behind.There are REIA groups that meet in Hbg, York, Camp Hill and Lancaster.

Caution is warranted because the flood program is directed through the federal government and rules can arbitrarily change overnight
