I'd start with attending anything the National Association of Residential Property Managers is conducting.  

Not worth the nonsense dealing with a larger national Bank for these types of properties.

I think by about this time next year we'll start to see some fundamental changes in the way major markets function nationally.

@kevinfox I have been looking mainly at single family in the range of 300k and 500k, primarily in the UTC area but also as far down as national city.

Specifically, I am in the Eagle Rock /Highland Park area.
