What should I be reading as a new investor (magazines, blogs, google alerts, etc)?

In fact a google search with "BiggerPockets Accountability" has 30,000 returns.There should be a program that can connect people to hold each other accountable and charge them for the service.  

Hi Audrey:For land oriented (non condominium) residences with one to three rental units per home, we have had great success with Rob Faulkner (google Re/Max Hallmark and his name for a contact number). 

I have tried Googling "RMLO Richmond Virginia" to see if I could use one here, but nothing really comes up.  

I simply entered "investor definition" into google and the definition that came up was "a person or organization that puts money into financial schemes, property, etc. with the expectation of achieving a profit." 

This would be a good place to remind folks with more than 4 financed properties that a lot of what is found on Google is out of date pertaining to cash out refinances and how many financed properties one can have. 

After multiple google searches about real estate kept leading to biggerpockets.com, I couldn't help but be pulled in.
