Husband hasn't been making payment for months and i'm quite sure taxes have not been paid either (she is on title not loan).Sheriff Sale is at the end of the month and the end of redemption looks to be May. bringing the place current is not an option. they owe the bank $295,000 (to bring it current)about 12k out of pocket and the comps reflect a value of $140,000.. man!

The last CAREI meeting I attended quite a few years back was $20 for non members to attend and to get to the entrance, both sides of the hallway were lined with tables of those trying to sell their books, tapes or boot camps.

Chris, I don't want to give out specific names on a public forum, but it was sold to a buyer by an LLC as special warranty deed at the top of the bubble in 2006, and then quit claimed into a trust by that buyer a year later.

If you can find a good family to rent it to, they will usually stay for quite awhile since it is a pain to move so much stuff and there are not usually a lot of rentals available with that many rooms.
