I would estimate I spend more than a hundred dollars per property on initial set up time and it pays dividends when they deliver clicks, views, interested party’s and I can simply freshen the listing after each tenant.

-you speaking to the tenants before you are the owner is meaningless - either the seller delivers the property vacant at closing, or they don't.

It's tougher than it ever was but the deals are still out there.Lot's of wholesalers in the game and they are delivering some good products.Granted, we buy quite a few and close quickly so they send many deals to us as we snap them up.43609 has been our go to zip code for the last few years.Lot's of value and area is gentrifying a ton.Close to the zoo is top dollar stuff.Much success
