I agree with @Kelly Sennholz that my initial reason for upgrading was to support the site, but I now find myself using the investment calculators daily, and that alone is worth the price of admission. 

The building was constructed in the 1960's and does have some deferred maintenance, although it isn't that bad and the current tenants use the building on a daily basis.

Thanks to everyone for all your advice, I have bandit signs ordered and coming through the mail, and I drive for dollars daily, 100 letters were sent out to expand my buyers list and waiting for replies.  

Most of all I want the freedom from debt and freedom from the daily 8-5 j-o-b, my family needs me around more than that and I want to control my success and business rather than be the cog in a wheel.I am a bit overwhelmed on information overload right now.
