It is a volume game.Whatever net proceeds you'll get out a successful sale will go right back into the business for marketing and overhead and you need to realize this it takes a year or more for the average investor to be able to be successful enough to do this full-time.I and others on this thread do short sale flipping successfully, but most of us have other strategies as well.
