Same question for bathroom total gutting where you are replacing a sink, toilet, and full tub surround.I'm not sure how regional cost estimates are; I'm looking at central MA, blue collar cities like Worcester or Fitchburg.

Over the years I can think of 4 homes that I bought from True blue hoarders.. the type were you walk in and there are just little paths from room to room and there is all manner of items papers garbage etc stacked 4 feet deep.

Its a blue collar working class neighborhood.All three neighborhoods are accessible using the red line, which is the only "L" train that runs 24 hours.
