In order to get an insurable title, I have to submit a Quiet Title suit to county court, research to identify and notify possible claimants, and present the case to the judge. 

I have plans for land I want to purchase to build self-sustaining animal sanctuaries with vet services, growing food for them.Also more land to build self-sustaining low income/homeless developments, with career assistance, training, garden including growing vegetables to get them on their feet and possibly into home ownership when they move on if they wish it and they can also pay it forward.

This difference could be invested directly in real estate, potentially yielding higher returns.Long-Term Commitment: Whole life insurance is designed to be a permanent policy, with the expectation that premiums will be paid for the policyholder's entire life.

Analyze market circumstances, project remodeling costs, weigh risks and rewards, and do extensive due investigation on possible investment properties.

My wife and I drove the entire neighborhood and took down every address of a property that we saw ourselves purchasing.

With that strategy you're keeping more in reserve and earning interest and possibly seeing appreciation.

I currently live in Toronto, so I don’t believe house hacking would be possible, but I am aware of that strategy  

I personally would stay out of this entirely, I'm the landlord and nothing more.

I would like to have access to as much of the land as possible though in the future.
