@Lucas Carl ah yes - you're hitting that magical point in running a business where you're too swamped to invest in improving the processes, yet can't grow any further until you do 😱Unfortunately, there is no silver bullet when you're at this point.

At least the news reports I'm reading don't mention under what specific circumstances the outbreak has negatively impacted your business -- be it host cancellations or city shut-down rules due to CV.

Unfortunately I do think elevated deaths of the pandemic will last 12 months but we’ll get a better handle on it and the economic impact will be significantly short.

Unfortunately, I cannot learn ALL of the areas in the country, but I would recommend that when you do look for a Realtor to help you with your Real Estate Investments, ask them if they have any or all of the designations.

Unfortunately, lease violations occur in the absence of failing to pay rent – though the two are not mutually exclusive.

If they are way underwater, there is not much you can do for them, unfortunately. 

In these circumstances, I'm going to trust my gut instincts and probably not get involved.

I agree with you 100% that, on the whole, most people will still continue to pay and it will be a small small minority of folks who take advantage of the circumstances.
