I would not want to hire a lawyer who charged hourly for review and closing.

Then go to the house and post a 24 hour notice for landlord to enter.

We bought three properties in the US, while stationed in England, two in Texas and one in Florida.

Up here they pay around $140/week for three 1/2 days/child for the after school activities.

@John Gavin Not the best forum for the question but I'll throw in here anyways.The answer will depend on how many average hours of work/maintenance you have that you're currently paying a third party to do at your properties.

If you'd found this guy two or three months out there would be a few easy creative finance solutions involving above board vanilla 30YF Fannie stuff. 

As its an hour and a half from home, I plan to just sleep on the floor there.
