My risk tolerance is perhaps greater than most as I bought these site unseen while living on the other side of the planet (literally), but I also know that the rents in the market I bought are paying more than double the mortgage and I've got a trusted team on the ground.

It's not something I'd want anyone to start playing around with.well you have not lived to walk up to one of your meters and there is a Cloths hanger jambed into either side of it and the live 220 is duct tape to the end of the hanger.. now that takes some crazy you know whats to get up there with your rubber gloves and rubber handled pliers and pull that one off .. but seen it many times..

Brief overview of how I've arrived at some of the numbers: - Comps in the area for the ARV- Estimated rental rates based on local similar properties (this place is currently vacant)-Estimating the repairs on the home in a general sense: 30k per side (still need to learn more on repair costs)Am I doing something wrong here?
