I have spent the last several weeks gathering all the data online and building models and views of potential investments.

This could be viewed as fraud because you are trying to deceive the bank into believing the value of your properties is higher than it is, with the purpose of getting money. 

Wad this an inherited tenant or did they pass your screening?

We also try to go twice a year to view our current properties and visually see what areas appear to be stabilizing and which need more help than we are willing to give.
