I’m new to the BP community!

Hello BP Community,    I'm getting closer to leaving my day job to pursue Real Estate full time.

Also post Facebook marketplace, craigslist, Facebook yard sale, community websites, Nextdoor Write up a canned reply to zillow / email leads and save it on your phone and computer.

I used to rely on my long term 1 year lease tenants but recently they’ve been complaining they need repairs now but nobody’s ever home to let in the repair man.To rent it yourself - Post on Zillow, Craiglist and Facebook Marketplace, Facebook Yardsale, Student Offcampus Housing Pages, Church/community pages, your furnished rental with great pictures and lots of keywords.

People lost jobs as company after company closed its doors, and those job losses rippled throughout nearly every community in the country.

We have a very mixed market for our small community, there are people with very low incomes and then we have beautiful lakes that attract people with really high incomes.

I am ready and willing to go out into the community, but if I am going to go out and put down $20 for REIA meetings, miss work to go to lunch chats, or take potential mentors out for coffee, not to mention cold call or email realtors, I want to do it right.
