Takes rent money directly out of their account which is usually deposited by the 5th of the month directly into my account.

We will rent it out on airbnb.com and vrbo, etc. and probably use a rental agent. 

I just like the rent money the place brings in more.

I don't live in the US and I don't have another income in the US (such as employment or earned income), but I have a property that was rented starting in September 2023.

I have been successfully renting out 3 rooms in my single family home while living in the unfinished basement for a little over two years now.
