I'm leaning towards a community Bank so I can build a relationship within the bank for future investing purposes or is that overrated?

Hi BP Community- I have been reading about the benefits of achieving the "real estate professional" status for tax purposes.

Please note the differences in the affidavits and commitments on investment purpose and amount of time staying at the properties for these two loan options...

I walk the house, I find the best possible exit strategy, flip, buy or hold or what ever, and  I formulate my offer as if I were to buy it for that purpose.

What is making London a great investment spot is that they have put 25 million into the market for development purposes and the prices are cheap. 

I currently have a RAM 2500 (pulls the Vermeer chipper and small equipment), RAM 3500 (pulls the Bobcat T-770), and Chevy express van (general purpose LTR property management stuff) and will soon replace all of them with a Ford Lightning 150 (delivery this summer) to complement my Mach-E. 

My purpose for posting is to get any advice, from agents who work with investors, about where I should go from here.
