I have not, but many localities have programs for residents if your income is low enough, typically I would expect that this would only apply to a primary residence.

We are purchasing a home that we intend to live in as our primary residence (we have two other investment homes out of state so it's not our first rodeo).

I won't go for it myself, but mine will do 100% financing for a primary residence.

If you're looking at an FHA loan to live in for a while and then go do it again, you'll have to prove that you're relocating and that you're establishing residency "outside the reasonable commuting distance from his/her existing primary residence."
