We all hear about those great rates being advertised on TV, the radio, and those annoying ads on any social media platform because EVERYONE is tracking you.

A single buyer may have a strong preference for your home versus the home directly across the street for lots of incredibly personal reasons.A home in one neighborhood could be the same model from the same builder as another neighborhood.

Prefer someone local, so I can sit down face-to-face and develop a relationship with a real estate savvy person who knows the local market.

It's always preference.
