Hi,I am new to the Real estate and looking for best practices or any good tips and coachings from any of you whom have gone through this same experience!

However, most of them did do investing at one time or limit their practice almost solely to investors.

Do you make it a practice of putting part of their monthly payments towards purchasing the home at the end of the term?  

What's best practice to deem if a price is good and how do you take over a property like this.

They would not even consider my son's paid internship while in college as part of the 2 years even though he went to work full-time for the same company the day after graduation.  

BP Friends, I am looking for some advice on creating a joint venture for a fix and flip with a good friend from college.

I was fresh out of college with a good job doing industrial sales, but I hated waking up every day.
