@Scott Eadieunderstood - that's way above my pay grade since I don't know you or anything about your background or financial situation.i still recommend a house hack whether you have $10 or $10M.

I did a few and someone turned me in :) and sure enough I got a cease and desist and had to pay a fine and spend 20k creating what State of Oregon  calls a Real Estate paper offering !!.

A home equity loan is a fixed interest rate version of the same, whereas I can draw and pay back the line of credit over a period of time, the second mortgage version results in a lump sum with fixed interest rates and fixed payments. 

I would have to pay that off as my brother manages and makes the payments for the property.

We then used that to buy a 4 plex and put all of the 'cash flow' towards paying that note off within the 5 years and now have both properties cash flowing nicely for no more input from our SOLO401Ks.Right now I am working with a seller that is looking to sell a portfolio of about 10 units with seller financing and he is open to doing it non recourse.

So just had to fullfil my flying desires personally and pay to fly instead of getting paid to fly. 

Iĺ like propqire for the pictures of the property and some other information I'll use it as a back up when i cannot pay for the other sites but my favorite has been dealmachine.
