How can I search for other leans that might be on the property, is there a way to see how much mortgage is left on the property and any other tips that people have about this type of real estate.

I have seen a man who when he reads the contracts, will make notes on the right hand margin of the page with a line going back to the portion of the contract that he is noting about.

It baffles me because locals are soo used to this wonderful city right beneath them that they pass up on opportunities!
