I'm new to investing still have a little bit of CC Debt I know that I need to pay down first before really anything however I was wondering if anyone has tried renting out a mother in law dadu type thing from a third party on Airbnb or VRBO any tips for starting out?

They went to the hospital, but nothing wrong, told the mother to give him some tylenol, no cuts or bruises.Immediately the PM went to write up an incident report, called a vendor to do any repairs etc… Our vendor said looks like someone pulled it down.

Not knowing that the process would take so long to close, the property sat empty for a couple years before being rented out in my step-mother's name (I took care of the rental property needs for that time but my name was not on the ownership of it yet).
