I'm new to investing still have a little bit of CC Debt I know that I need to pay down first before really anything however I was wondering if anyone has tried renting out a mother in law dadu type thing from a third party on Airbnb or VRBO any tips for starting out?

They went to the hospital, but nothing wrong, told the mother to give him some tylenol, no cuts or bruises.Immediately the PM went to write up an incident report, called a vendor to do any repairs etc… Our vendor said looks like someone pulled it down.

My mother-in-law passed away not long ago. 

@Kade Robertson If your dad is not in a position to refinance and buy out your mother then they need to sell and split the proceeds.

Not knowing that the process would take so long to close, the property sat empty for a couple years before being rented out in my step-mother's name (I took care of the rental property needs for that time but my name was not on the ownership of it yet). 

I have since renovated the unit, and re-rented it for more and a nice older tenant that is the mother of the tenant upstairs moved in.

As an added bonus, maybe you could list your full name, address, and social security number, mother's maiden name?

I lost some family to covid including my mother.

If banks have away 100%, everyone and their mothers would be buying multiple properties.

It has served me in good stead.But in real estate, the unpleasant truth is that most of us would sell our mothers if the price was right.
