You need to be mentally able to deal with those periods. 

If you honestly go through that mental exercise and the answer is yes, then doesn't that strike you as a bit strange?

The entitlement mentality is off the charts.  

I’m barely an investor (under contract on a 6-unit) but for me I can pop on this site while cooking dinner or waiting for my kids to get ready and gather a bit of RE knowledge, lay ground work for networking, etc.There is something to be said for that FB or Instagram mentality where you are working for likes & notoriety.

I know the blockchain technology has much potential (until someone figures a way to hack it) but the cryptocurrencies, in my own humble opinion, only have value because of the herd mentality.

It's extremely stressful and taxing physically (yes, and yes, I did mean physically), mentally, and emotionally [and extremely rewarding under the right conditions].

Although the mentality is their addition projects are worth way more than what is the perceived worth.
