It's hard for college kids to find meaningful jobs that are teaching life skills or even worthy of a resume, especially with the high amount of competition of the unskilled college workforce.

(d) The last one came in very sharp - been with all the 'gurus', but when it comes to the application of all those skills learned; realize that he is suffering from 'information paralysis'.It's important to note that all four (4) came in sharp, however, all but one lost that edge.

Well there wont be any estate, she does not really have anything but medical bills and the small apartment she leased from us.Already had a tenant hang himself in another unit so been there, fortunatly it went over fairly smoothly all things considered.

I love the idea of flipping and probably have the design/project management skills for it, but at this season in my life don't have the funding or time.

I own some land next door to a Skilled Nursing home who also has an Independent Living Facility.

I've been studying a lot of people who do real estate professionally and I've noticed a lot of their skills are personal and interpersonal ones, so I'm developing those also the best I can.
