So a legitimate investor who only wants to offer knowledge with no hidden agenda to sell courses gets TURNED AWAY??

Are deals legitimately that hard to come by?

As far as owning another property, financed another way, seems legitimate; again only regurgitating what I've read as I have yet to "practice what I preach"

How does she expect you to make a legitimate offer without seeing what your buying.

Here is what I take from this thread: 1) As a owner I can not control my emotions.2) Owners are weak and need to hide behind the PM hat.3) Owners are not perceived as being professional.4) Owners are embarrassed to take ownership of their rules. 5) Owner are required to talk to their tenants about their personal life.6) Owners are not legitimate business people.7) I am not capable of enforcing my own rules.My perception is that these are the comments of easy chair investors not landlords.

As that investment type gets more popular and becomes more widely accepted as a legitimate investment vehicle, the returns go down.

I recently found landwatch.com.I'm not aware of any legitimate websites that have these kinds of deals.

I'm currently in a rental house so I can wait it out, but I don't want to continue pursuing if there is not a legitimate chance that this deal will close.

Some of them BS artists and some are legitimate.
