But today I’ll settle for my W2 paycheck to live my “lavish” lifestyle. 

I'm not selling my services, ie my rentals, at a substantial discount in order to subsidize a stranger's lifestyle, just because they're elderly.

Sure, many of the small guys were also overextended, especially the ones who believed that their immediate rental cash flow should fund their inflated lifestyles, but I'm pretty sure there's a very solid block of married couples who are in this to lock down things like F-U money, financial independence, savings for their families, not to live large.It's our time.
