I very much enjoy connecting with as many investors as I can just to hear their stories and make relationships.

I had also thought about doing a rent to own strategy because it is a fairly large 2 story (2800 - 3000 Sqft I believe) great l home in a nice neighborhood, but I am unfamiliar with how to really present the deal and make it a sweet deal for everyone.

However, I have heard horror stories about the homeless that can park out there and the police not coming to assist, gunshots, disrespect for your property, human waste lying around, and drug houses, and more.

Sure, it sounds innocent from the story, but it always made me question why my boss was maintaining that relationship... of course, it was a little different because this guy was caught as the originator on the fraudulent loans, not the owner of the properties (they also were busted).
